School Development Plan
The School Development Plan identifies key priorities for the school. These key priorities are reviewed termly and are created as a result of rigorous and robust school self evaluation.
Our main priorities for 2021-22 are:
- Priority 1 – Improve the quality of teaching and outcomes in all year groups (Focus on: formative assessment, use of LSAs, increase children working at age related in all areas, curriculum, planned sequences of learning)
- Priority 2 – Ensure SEND offer and provision meets the needs of all pupils, including those with more challenging behaviours through the use of Thrive as a whole school approach to supporting children with their Social, Emotional and Mental Health.
- Priority 3 – Improve attendance, parental engagement, pupil numbers and financial viability through a planned timetable of workshops, engagement evenings and marketing approaches.
