Supporting Families Beyond the School Day
At Sir Martin Frobisher Academy, we understand the importance of providing high-quality care and enriching opportunities beyond the school day. Our wraparound care and extra-curricular clubs support working families while offering pupils a range of enjoyable and engaging experiences.
We aim to provide a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children can start and end their day positively.
Breakfast Club
Our Breakfast Club provides a calm and friendly start to the school day.
Details:
- Time: 8:00am – 8:40am
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Cost: £1 per child, per session
Children are provided with a healthy breakfast and have the opportunity to take part in quiet activities before the school day begins.
Breakfast Club helps pupils to feel settled, ready to learn, and prepared for the day ahead.
After School Clubs
We offer a variety of after school clubs each term, providing pupils with opportunities to explore new interests, develop skills, and have fun with their peers.
Details:
- Time: 3:15pm – 4:15pm
- Clubs run each term
- Places are subject to application
Clubs may include a range of activities such as sports, arts and crafts, music, and other enrichment opportunities.
Please note:
- Clubs do not run during the first and last week of each term
- Places are limited and allocated through an application process
- Your child/ren receive sign up letters for clubs, you can access a digital copy here.
